What an incredible year at Greenfield! From unforgettable moments to amazing connections, 2025 was one for the books.
At Greenfield, a High Real Estate Group mixed-use community, our mission is clear: to cultivate an environment where people and businesses thrive to their fullest potential. This vision grew from our desire to create a shared space that brings together diverse businesses, individuals, and families—a community where collaboration and connection flourish.
We put this mission into action through activities and programs designed around four core pillars: Education, Health & Wellness, Community, and Environment. Every event, initiative, and improvement at Greenfield reflects these values, creating opportunities for learning, celebration, and sustain the environment.
Hosting events and programs at Greenfield isn’t just about filling a calendar. It's about building a stronger, more connected community. These experiences bring people together, foster relationships, and create a sense of belonging. They support local organizations, promote wellness, and encourage environmental stewardship. In short, they make Greenfield more than a place to work or live—they make it a place to thrive.
2025 Highlights: A Year of Connection
This year, Greenfield welcomed over 30,000 attendees to events and programs, reinforcing our role as a leading destination for Lancaster events and community engagement.
One of the year’s standout successes was our Summer Concert Series, presented in collaboration with Prima Theatre. Thousands of music lovers gathered for each performance, making this series one of Lancaster’s most anticipated summer traditions.
We were also honored to host major local events that found a new home at Greenfield, including the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, Holiday Makers Markets, and the United Way Trike Race. These events not only raised awareness and funds for important causes but also strengthened the bonds within our community.
Social events continued to thrive as well. Our Earth Day celebration, food truck lunch gatherings, and festive winter celebration brought joy and connection to tenants, residents, and visitors alike.
Beyond entertainment, we deepened our commitment to education and sustainability. Engagement with our educational and environmental programs grew stronger. The High Associates Property Services team partnered with local water and land conservation organizations to make ecological improvements to the park. These efforts reflect our dedication to preserving Greenfield’s natural beauty and promoting environmental responsibility.
All of these accomplishments confirm High Real Estate Group’s commitment to community and connection. We’re excited about what’s to come in 2026—bigger events, deeper engagement, and even more opportunities to celebrate together.
