LANCASTER, Pa., July 2026 – Ascend at Greenfield, High Real Estate Group's newest multifamily residential community, has officially welcomed its first residents, marking a significant milestone in the continued growth of the Greenfield development in East Lampeter Township. The first move-ins began on June 1 as the community opened its initial apartment homes. 

Located along Greenfield Road, Ascend at Greenfield will ultimately feature 311 apartment homes designed to meet a variety of resident needs, including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, as well as select apartments with dedicated den spaces.

The new community expands housing options within Greenfield, the 745-acre mixed-use development that brings together residential living, employment centers, recreation, and community amenities. Residents of Ascend have direct access to more than 10 miles of walking trails and convenient connections to downtown Lancaster, nearby shopping and dining destinations, and major transportation routes.
