This portfolio is located in Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Florida. Mr. Lorelli’s property management responsibilities include financial performance, physical condition, tenant relations, financings, lease management and project management from an ownership perspective on new construction projects and acquisitions.

Boben, III, CCIM, SIOR, manages the brokerage activities of the sales and leasing team who serves an array of clients including corporations, private companies, small businesses, and individual investors, in assessing their real estate needs in an advisory role. In addition, he also evaluates the sales and leasing opportunities in the marketplace. Mr. Boben oversees the leasing efforts for the High Real Estate Group’s commercial/industrial portfolio that encompasses over five million square feet in Lancaster, Harrisburg and Chester County.
